As creating your Digital Likeness is a time-intensive process, there is limited availability for avatar production. We ask those interested to complete an application to start the approval process.

​By filling out this application, I acknowledge and accept that my intent in using a custom avatar is to provide authentic communications in my own digital likeness and not to deliver 'deep-fake' videos. I agree that I will not use my Digital Likeness to produce misinformation, fake news, hate speech, or any communication that would be deemed libel or slander. If approved for Digital Likeness creation, I will provide government-issued photo identification at the studio location to validate my identity.
